19th Annual Roundup is almost here!

Christmas season has come and gone, football season is reaching its culmination, and before you know it, it will be cowboy poetry time! The Mesquite Western Poets are busy getting ready for the 19th Annual Mesquite Western Roundup scheduled for February 20th and 21st at the Mesquite Community Theatre. This year's event is sponsored by the Mesquite Arts Council and the International Western Music Association along with local businesses Desert Gold Realty and the Eureka Casino. We couldn't continue this special event without these great sponsors!

Tickets are now on sale and may be purchased on-line at the Mesquite Community Theatre website. You can also pick up tickets locally at the theatre box office which is open M-F 9:00am-12:00pm. A limited number

of tickets will also be available one hour prior to each show.

Three shows are on this year's schedule. Friday, 2/20 at 7:00pm, Saturday matinee at 1:00pm and Saturday at 7:00pm. Crowd favorites, Many Strings, are back this year as well as cowboy poets, Russ Westwood, Farrel Bott, Kathy Smith, BT Bugland, and Steve Campbell. Pre-show entertainment is Cary Philip and our newest cowboy poet, ZephRon Darger. You won't want to miss a minute of this year's show! See you soon!
